C is one of Fourth Raikge A's Bodyguard. He's the opposite of Darui and always take his mission serious. He is voiced by Vic Mignonga.

He and Darui were with A and had a discussion about which no one would be able to hear it, before they enter the submit.
He reappeared again and joined the All Star League Intiative with Chojiro.

He has black eyes and blonde hair. he wore a black loose shirt, one strapped over shoulder flak vest, black pants and sandal.
